Damaged or mislabeled items: If your order arrives damaged or mislabeled, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
Lost packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. How does that sound for a start? We can adjust it if needed.
